WRAP+ is now funded by Winona County. Prior to this, a federal grant allowed us to provide monthly trainings on behavioral health or criminal justice topics free of charge. The trainings, which were coordinated by Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center, help to bridge knowledge gaps of criminal justice and behavioral health professionals and to create a shared understanding of the best practices for the successful reentry of individuals with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse. Below are recordings of some of the trainings that have been held.
