Established in 2012, the mission of the Treatment Court of Winona County (TWC) is to enhance public safety and reduce costs to the community and criminal justice system by providing resources and structure that allow offenders to become alcohol and drug free. TCWC participants are offered intense accountability and support through case management and probation supervision, chemical dependency treatment, mental health therapy and regular court appearances–as well as many other program offerings.
